Ultimately we got the exact vehicle we wanted but it took a few extra days after the finance dept said they couldn’t get us into the payment range we needed but then they did some work and got er done.

Worked with Kristie on my gmc AT4. I live almost 2 hours away and had to use this dealership during an emergency break down. Classic Chevy service dept did great work for me and my truck I found myself in a jam with my transmission that decided to go out on my truck 100 miles away from my house. I feel like I was BS'd around about my original vehicle choice. I was interested in a 2024 Chevy Trailboss discounted to $56,450. I was told a contract couldn't initiated because there was a recall and then I was told there was a stop sale on it because the engine was possibly contaminated with sludge. Service visit was a disappointment . New tire was somewhat higher than quoted and mounted on rear not in front where requested. Someone forgot the promised car wash. What was really annoying was the new 3.5% credit card fee in addition to the shop supplies and data storage fee. I suspect this dealership incurs a much smaller credit card fee than that but that expense for decades has been treated as a cost of business . Well I have seen mixed experiences about classic Chevrolet but I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from them and have had good experience every time.only complaint I have is there make ready department can not clean a vehicle.and if that’s the only problem I have with a dealership I’ll take it. I will let you know now that once you purchase a vehicle the sales team act like you no longer matter. I am happy with my purchase, however disappointed with the vehicle prep. All horizontal surfaces of the vehicle were stained with white film due to improper washing. Upon receiving the vehicle I had to bring to auto detailer to have it properly polished and waxed to remove the white film. However I must say they did a great job at the dealership on prepping the interior.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get a friendly sarcastic person who doesn’t try to “push” anything on you and basically has the best Personality. So much so i have bought my last 5 vehicles from him. He was also very helpful. And he listened to what i wanted most the time... He was very accommodating to many of my wants and did the best he could. Wesley is probably the best salesman classic has! He goes above and beyond for his clients and he’s no nonsense. He tells you god things are straight up and doesn’t try and sell you something you can’t afford. Definitely recommend him.

The service took longer than the team I was told. When I scheduled my appointment and asked how long it would take for an oil change and tire rotation I was told one hour and no longer than one hour and twenty minutes. The service ended up taking right at two hours. Such a long time to have to wait for an oil change and tire rotation, even though it was free.

Yes, I had a preapproval loan from golf Coast educators with extra incentives and underwriter used another Gulf Coast branch that didn’t except the incentives from gulf coast credit union in Pasadena so instead of getting my 5.9 APR, I ended up with a 6.9 APR and No life insurance for my vehicle. and I haven’t received my contract documents to see when my payments are due other than that the sales person was awesome and courteous.
